Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service and food quality standards, controlling costs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Ensure excellent food quality, service, hygiene, and customer experience.

- Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff.

- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.

- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, expenses, and operational costs.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.

- Monitor food and beverage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and consumption.

- Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for timely availability of required materials.

- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

- Maintain and implement restaurant SOPs and operational standards.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

- Organize and manage special events, parties, and group bookings when required.

- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.

- Maintain proper records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.





- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant management or food & beverage operations.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

- Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and team management.

- Good understanding of food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and wastage control.

- Strong customer service and guest relationship skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and restaurant management/POS systems.

- Willingness to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays as required.
