JOB TITLE: F&B; SERVICE – RESTAURANT

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and present bills accurately and assist with payment procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel operating standards.
- Assist with opening and closing restaurant operations.
- Support the team during breakfast,



lunch, dinner, banquets, and busy periods.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; service is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
