- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bake House

- Manage and motivate the restaurant team

- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation

- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operations

- Handle inventory, stock control, and wastage

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams

- Maintain cleanliness and ensure food-safety standards

- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

- Support sales growth and smooth overall functioning of the outlet

- Previous experience in restaurant/café management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment

- Valuable understanding of restaurant operations

- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

- Responsible, organized, and hands-on

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
