Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Resort Operations Manager to manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our holiday homes and clubhouses across six locations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent hospitality standards, managing location teams, improving guest satisfaction, controlling operating costs and ensuring that all properties remain fully operational, well maintained and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage holiday homes, clubhouses and hospitality facilities across six locations.
- Supervise Club Managers, housekeeping teams, chefs, restaurant staff, maintenance personnel and other site employees.
- Conduct regular property visits, inspections and operational audits.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and property-readiness standards.
- Monitor reservations, check-ins, check-outs and the overall guest experience.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures across all locations.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Recruit, train and guide location-level teams in coordination with HR.
- Monitor food and beverage operations, kitchen hygiene, inventory and service quality.
- Coordinate maintenance of rooms, villas, clubhouses, swimming pools, landscaping and common amenities.
- Manage vendors, negotiate service arrangements and verify operational bills.
- Control expenses, consumption, inventory and wastage across locations.
- Monitor occupancy, stay revenue, clubhouse revenue and other operating income.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Accounts, Marketing, Projects and Facility Management teams.




- Ensure compliance with applicable licences, safety requirements and local regulations.
- Remain available during weekends, holidays and operational emergencies.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in hotel, resort, holiday-home, serviced-apartment or clubhouse operations.
- Experience managing multiple properties or locations is preferred.
- Robust understanding of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and guest services.
- Good team-management, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commercial understanding of hospitality revenue and operating costs.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, property-management systems and reporting tools.
- Willing to travel frequently across locations.
- Candidates with their own vehicle and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be given preference.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
