- Greet and assist patients during clinic visits.

- Handle patient calls, WhatsApp and Facebook queries.

- Understand patient requirements and convert enquiries into appointments.

- Manage patient registration, fees, receipts and basic documentation.

- Explain clinic services and SOPs to patients.

- Coordinate with doctors and ensure smooth patient flow.

- Maintain patient records, reports and daily data.

- Handle follow-up calls and outbound calling.

- Support corporate tie-ups, camps and promotional activities.

- Maintain medicine/sample stock and patient-related records.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
