Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage milk procurement operations across the assigned zone and achieve daily/monthly procurement targets.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with farmers, VLCs, BMCs and milk suppliers.

- Expand farmer network and establish new milk collection centres.

- Monitor milk quality parameters including Fat, SNF, CLR and temperature.

- Manage procurement team, routes, collection centres and milk transportation.

- Monitor procurement cost, centre-wise performance and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Dairy/Milk Procurement, preferably with zonal/territory-level responsibility.

B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree

- The candidate will be accountable for the overall milk procurement performance of the assigned zone, with primary focus on volume growth, milk quality, farmer network expansion, procurement cost optimization, operational efficiency and team performance.
