Relationship Manager – Financial Services

RichHarbor is looking for a Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and financial professionals while generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, Wealth Managers, Bankers, RMs, and financial partners.
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant financial solutions.
- Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and existing relationships.
- Conduct calls, meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, documentation, execution, and client servicing.
- Build a robust pipeline and achieve business targets.




- Maintain accurate client and prospect records in CRM.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, BFSI, Insurance, Investments, or Financial Services.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of financial products.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with client acquisition and follow-ups.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month + performance-based incentives. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
