Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Manage relationships with NoBroker paid customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options. Follow up with leads and support deal closure. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers. Upsell/cross-sell relevant services when required. Maintain regular communication and provide updates to customers. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements Any Undergraduate / Postgraduate qualification. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory. Good English communication skills. Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills. Valuable negotiation and decision-making skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.



Comfortable working from office. Willing to work 6 days a week , including Saturday & Sunday.

Week off: Monday to Thursday (rotational). Candidates should be comfortable relocating near the workplace.

Work Details Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Days: 6 days/week Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month based on performance Training: Initial training will be provided.
