Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing business for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP) across all types of property profiles.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and generating recent leads for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP).
- Building and managing relationships with direct customers, real estate developers, connectors, and DSA networks.
- Handling end-to-end loan processes from initial customer interaction and document collection to login and disbursement.
- Evaluating customer eligibility and financial profiles to recommend appropriate loan solutions.
- Catering to diverse client needs across all types of properties (residential, commercial, plots, etc.).




- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales (as an Executive or Sales Manager).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of mortgage lending policies, documentation, and property validation processes.
- Education : Any Degree.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹4.50 LPA to ₹5.00 LPA (based on experience and profile)
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure with uncapped earning potential.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
