Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with residents and prospective customers. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves understanding resident needs, addressing service-related queries, and ensuring a positive living experience across Colive communities.

The Relationship

Manager will coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams to resolve issues, manage move-ins and move-outs, and support community engagement activities. This role also includes gathering feedback,



identifying opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, and supporting retention and referral initiatives. Regular interaction with residents, property visits, and timely communication will be key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term resident relationships.
- Customer service and conflict resolution abilities to handle queries, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple properties, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic proficiency with technology and CRM or property management tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in relationship management, hospitality, real estate, or community management is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru with a resident-centric mindset and a focus on high service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
