Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.

- Identify current business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.

- Conduct site visits to assess property conditions and verify documents for loan processing.

- Develop strong connections with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in home loans, housing finance, or related fields (NBFC).

- Strong understanding of affordable housing schemes such as DSA, DST, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Open Market transactions.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation abilities.
