About the Role:

We are looking for agile Sales Engineers to drive business development and sales growth across Steel, Cement, Power, Boiler and Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with customers, consultants, OEMs and EPC contractors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Achieve sales order booking and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Proposal, Estimation, Engineering and Project teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new opportunities.
- Ensure regular customer visits, follow-ups and sales MIS.
