Role & responsibilities The Regional Director role at Regency Hospital Kanpur is a high-level executive position responsible for overseeing the complete healthcare ecosystem across the campus's major hubs: Tower 1 , Tower 2, and the newly expanded Tower 3. This leader ensures seamless cross-tower workflow integration, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient delivery systems.

Cross-Tower Resource Optimization: Balancing bed utilization, outpatient services, and staffing levels across the multi-specialty setups of Tower 1, Tower 2, and the clinical expansions of Tower 3.

Workflow Automation & Tech Integration: Overseeing Healthcare Information Technology (HIS) systems to synchronize patient records, diagnostics, and admissions seamlessly among all three towers.

Capacity Expansion: Leading operational scaling and transition workflows for the integration of the massive infrastructure additions brought by Tower 3

Operation Theatre & ICU Governance: Managing high-stakes medical infrastructure, including the collective network of modular operation theatres, 110+ ICU beds, and critical diagnostics

Asset and Facility Management: Taking executive ownership of physical security, regulatory compliances (such as Bio-Medical Waste rules), and real estate assets across all blocks.

Supply Chain Oversight:



Coordinating with the centralized supply chain to maintain uninterrupted inventories of specialized oncology drugs, surgical implants, and heavy clinical machinery.

Patient-First Metrics: Maintaining service standards across critical departments to lower Turnaround Time (TAT) in emergency units and OPD registration counters.

Quality & Accreditation Compliance: Ensuring continuous alignment with national healthcare benchmarks (like NABH/NABL standards) across all three clinical facilities.

Incident Resolution: Designing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address operational bottlenecks, patient grievances, and public infrastructure challenges (such as multi-tower parking systems).

Clinical Liaison: Aligning with more than 200 medical specialists and department directors to streamline inter-departmental referrals.
