Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Target-Based Recruiter from a consultancy background at CareerBloc. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with clients.

Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, meeting placement and performance targets, updating recruitment trackers and databases,



and providing regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves building and managing relationships with candidates and client organizations, negotiating offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and contributing to the improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in consultancy-based recruitment with target-driven roles, including end-to-end hiring and candidate management.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify suitable talent.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients, understand role requirements, and manage expectations.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple mandates, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working remotely with proficiency in digital tools such as ATS platforms, spreadsheets, video interview tools, and collaboration software.
- Ability to work independently, meet recruitment targets, and adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Prior experience in recruitment for marketing, digital, or corporate roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
