About the Role:

Vybog is looking for recruitment and staffing professionals who understand the recruitment industry and are interested in transitioning into ATS/CRM Business Development . You will leverage your recruitment knowledge and existing industry relationships to acquire and grow clients for Vybog’s recruitment platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach recruitment, staffing, and HR companies as potential clients.
- Present and pitch Vybog’s ATS + CRM platform based on client requirements.
- Leverage your recruitment industry knowledge and network to generate business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, demos,



negotiations, and closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the platform’s features and business benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients .
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain sales pipelines and regularly update CRM activities.
- Work towards business development and revenue targets .
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and client referrals .
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition .
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and ATS platforms.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
- Candidates with recruitment experience who are interested in Business Development / B2B SaaS Sales are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
