Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including developing placement plans, understanding job specifications, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews across various client verticals.

Responsibilities include conducting candidate assessments, maintaining and updating talent pipelines, and ensuring a solid match between candidate profiles and client needs.



The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the internal expert panel and client stakeholders, provide regular follow-ups, and support candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, contributing to process improvements, and upholding JobShop.ai’s commitment to high-quality, long-term career placements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
- Strong candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate aptitude, experience, and cultural fit across IT, non-IT, and BPO roles.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media, ATS, professional networks) for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Understanding of different hiring models (permanent, contract, temporary staffing) and familiarity with the Bengaluru job market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
