Job Summary

We are looking for end to end Recruitment & PMS Specialist with robust hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor open positions, interview status, selection, offers, and joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Performance Management System (PMS)

- Manage the complete PMS cycle from goal setting to final performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with management for defining and reviewing KRAs and KPIs.
- Ensure KRAs/KPIs are aligned with individual roles and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews and evaluations.
- Track employee performance against defined KRAs and KPIs.
- Consolidate and analyze performance evaluation data.
- Coordinate the appraisal and increment process based on performance ratings.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate appropriate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Maintain PMS dashboards,



trackers, and performance reports for Management.
- Ensure timely completion of all PMS activities as per the defined calendar.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience specifically in Recruitment and PMS.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and performance management.
- Good understanding of KRA, KPI, performance ratings, appraisal, and PIP processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently managing recruitment and PMS deliverables.
