Job Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for domestic and overseas job vacancies.

- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.

- Search for candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Verify candidate qualifications, experience, licences, and other required documents.

- Explain job details, salary, advantages, working conditions, and recruitment procedures clearly to candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection, documentation, visa, and deployment process.

- Coordinate with employers and overseas recruitment partners.





- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- Achieve assigned recruitment targets while maintaining professional and ethical recruitment practices.

Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or overseas placement is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to source candidates independently.

- Basic computer and MS Office skills.

- Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures is an advantage.

- Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
