Full-Time Dental Receptionist

WhiteStar Dental Clinic is looking for a well-spoken, friendly, and motivated Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional approach.

- Answer calls, manage appointments, and maintain the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient registration, paperwork, payments, and basic billing.
- Coordinate with doctors and the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Respond to patient queries and provide information about clinic services.
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Use computers, dental software, and digital records efficiently.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.

- Well-educated; minimum 12th pass,



with additional qualifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
- Friendly, confident, presentable, and approachable personality.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing excellent patient service.
