- Telecaller – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet students, clients, and visitors professionally.

- Handle incoming calls and provide relevant information about ACMT courses, services, webinars, and programs.

- Make outgoing calls to prospective students and clients.

- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Follow up with prospective students and clients regularly.

- Share information regarding courses, meetings, interviews, appointments, and other services.

- Maintain and update call, enquiry, and visitor records.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.

- Guide visitors to the appropriate person or department.

- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

- Assist the team with basic office and administrative work when required.

- Maintain polite, professional, and positive communication with customers and visitors.





Requirements

- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Must be able to communicate with customers in English.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.

- Ability to manage multiple calls and enquiries efficiently.

- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
