We are a growing real estate company focused on premium residential projects designed for discerning customers and investors, based in Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

The Role

We are looking for confident, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team and work with premium clientele. The role involves managing qualified leads, building customer relationships, conducting property visits, and converting opportunities into successful bookings.

Experience: 6 months – 2 years | Employment Type: Full-time | Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and connect with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and investment objectives
- Build strong relationships with premium clientele through professional and consultative selling
- Schedule and conduct site visits and present the project effectively
- Communicate project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Handle customer questions and objections with confidence
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Drive conversions from site visit → booking → registration
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets




- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and registration process
- Generate referrals and develop long-term relationships with customers

What We're Looking For

- 6 months – 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in real estate, BFSI, automobile, luxury retail, hospitality, EdTech, or other customer-facing sales roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to interact comfortably with premium customers
- Strong follow-up discipline and a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for site visits
