We are a Real Estate Channel Partner working with multiple residential and commercial real estate projects across Mumbai. We help customers find suitable properties and provide complete support throughout their property-buying journey.

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle leads and enquiries for multiple real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate site visits.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing and payment plans.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
- Convert leads and site visits into successful property bookings.
- Handle customer queries and negotiations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Update lead and customer information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated about available projects, offers and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile :





- Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales is mandatory.
- Completed graduation is mandatory.
- Experience with a Real Estate Channel Partner / Property Consultant will be preferred.
- Residential real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Experience in site visits and property closures.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
- Ability to understand and sell multiple rel estate projects.
