We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to seek out new sales opportunities, guide prospective buyers, and close property deals. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate one of the financial milestones of their lives while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Find and pitch to potential buyers through cold calling, networking, digital leads, and property exhibitions.

Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to match them with the right residential or commercial properties.

Site Visits: Schedule and conduct physical or virtual property tours, highlighting key features, amenities, and neighborhood advantages. Negotiation & Closing: Standardise price negotiations and payment structures between buyers and sellers to close deals effectively.

Deal Documentation: Assist clients with legal paperwork, booking forms, loan applications, and registration processes.

Market Research: Monitor local property trends, competitor pricing,



and new government real estate regulations.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local property market, geography, and pricing trends.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or Zoho) and real estate portals.
