Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate properties.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and prospects.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.

- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.

- Coordinate with the sales and management team throughout the sales process.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.

- Stay updated on local property markets, projects, pricing, and competition.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
