Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable frontend applications using ReactJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement Redux for state management and handle complex data flows in the application.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application by optimizing code size, reducing latency, and improving memory usage.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with expertise in ReactJS.
- Robust understanding of Healthcare domain knowledge (added advantage).
- Proficiency in writing clean, modularized, well-documented code that meets industry standards.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
