Key Responsibilities a. Plan for next experiments in consultation with HOD and update experimental details with group leader and HOD.

b. Perform lab validation batches with leader after process optimization as per finalized process. Prepare experimental data sheet, analytical report record sheet and maintain records, check feasibility of process for the given projects.

c. Write down performed lab experiments in lab note book and maintain records. Do literature search and finalize the route of synthesis of given project as per requirement.

d. Submit samples for analysis and receive analytical results from analytical development lab and maintain record. Interpret the analytical results and maintain their record project wise.

e. Prepare SOP and maintain all documents related to R&D; and QA. Prepare Process Development Report and submit to QA.

f. Attend on the job-training program for the implementation of the SOP.

g. Train and guide to Jr. Level team and maintain Good Laboratory Practices.

h. Calibrate the equipment like weighing balance, pH meter etc. as per SOP and maintain records. Handle raw materials and hazardous chemicals as per MSDS in presence of Sr. person in lab.

i. Procurement of raw materials and required lab materials like PPE, stationary etc through ERP system j. Intimate group leader/ HOD about breakdown activities in lab like maintenance work, electrical wok etc.





Qualification and Experiences a. Bachelor / Masters in Science (Organic Chemistry) ) with minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing API business.

b. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape related to pharmaceutical R&D; with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
