Position: R&D; Trainee

Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: M.Sc. – Polymer Science / Polymer Chemistry / Chemistry

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹24,700 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the R&D; team in developing and testing masterbatch formulations.
- Support trials related to color, additive, and polymer-based masterbatch products.
- Conduct laboratory testing and maintain accurate test records.
- Assist in raw material evaluation and product performance testing.
- Support production trials and scale-up activities.
- Analyze test results and prepare basic R&D; reports.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, samples, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during product development and trials.
- Follow company safety, quality, and laboratory procedures.





Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of polymers, plastics, and polymer processing.
- Good understanding of laboratory testing and chemical handling.
- Analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/R&D; setting.

Eligibility Freshers with M.Sc. in Polymer Science / Polymer Chemistry / Chemistry are encouraged to apply.
