JOB VACANCY – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) MANAGER

Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh

We are looking for an experienced QS Manager to join our project team for an industrial project at Sri City.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities for the project.
- Prepare, review and monitor BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications and contract documents to identify scope and quantity requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate variations, additional works and claims.
- Prepare and submit interim payment applications and coordinate with the client/consultant for certification.
- Verify subcontractor measurements, bills and payment claims.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and material consumption.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, invoices, variations and commercial correspondence.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Procurement and Site Teams.
- Assist in contract administration and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and commercial progress reports.




- Ensure all QS activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements and contractual terms.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial, factory, MEP or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, billing, variations and cost control.
- Experience with subcontractor billing and client billing.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and relevant QS/commercial software.
- Solid communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in MEP, piping, HVAC, sanitary and industrial projects will be preferred.
- Willing to work at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
