We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing quantity take-offs and estimates, handling tendering and procurement activities, and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
- Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, and final accounts.
- Review and assess variations, claims, and additional works.
- Assist with contract administration and commercial management.




- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track material quantities, rates, and costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare cost reports and provide regular commercial updates to management.
- Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, contracts, payments, and project documentation.
- Identify potential cost risks and recommend appropriate cost-control measures.

Location - Darlipali, kesinga, Ranchi, Min Exp. - 3-5 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
