Quantity Surveyor (Interior Projects), 1-3 yrs, Kochi

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Profile:Study architectural and interior drawings to calculate material and labor requirements.

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for residential and commercial spaces.

Obtain and compare price quotes from vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Support sales and design teams with commercial proposals and value engineering.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or estimation.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and explicit communication in English and Malayalam

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000
