Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and commercial bill verifications for building construction projects. You will analyze AutoCAD structural/architectural drawings, control project budgets, audit Measurement Books (M-Books), and manage client/subcontractor billing to ensure complete financial control across all execution stages.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Estimation & BOQ: Analyze CAD drawings and architectural/structural plans to extract exact material take-offs, preparing detailed cost estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost comparison statements, and contract budgets.
- Tendering & Procurement Support: Draft tender documents, pre-approve Material Requisition Notes (MRNs), and coordinate with the Purchase Department for vendor rate benchmarking.
- Billing & Site Verification: Conduct site visits for running account (RA) bill preparation/submission,



audit M-Books against physical measurements, and verify subcontractor/labor vouchers.
- Variation & Cost Control: Prepare variation bills for scope changes against initial CAD models, execute zero-based rate analysis for extra items, and implement value engineering for cost optimization.

- Technical: AutoCAD Drafting & Drawing Interpretation, Quantity Take-offs, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, M-Book Auditing, Value Engineering.
- Commercial: Budgeting, Cost Reconciliation, Tender Documentation, Client RA Billing, Subcontractor Bill Verification, Variation Claims.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Proficiency in AutoCAD & CAD-based quantity estimation; QS specialization is a plus).
- Experience: 5–12 years of core QS, estimation, CAD-based drawing analysis, and site billing experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
