- Lead and manage the QA/QC function of the precast factory.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
- Monitor quality of raw materials including cement, aggregates, admixtures, reinforcement steel, and inserts.
- Oversee concrete mix designs, trial mixes, and quality testing activities.
- Ensure execution of slump tests, cube tests, compressive strength tests, and durability tests.
- Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, reinforcement, mould, and finished product inspections.
- Review and approve quality inspection reports and test records.
