Quality In-Process Operator – Paper Covering Machine

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure product quality during the operation of the paper-covering machine

- Inspect insulation paper feeding and covering quality as per defined standards

- Check and maintain required parameters such as thickness, width, alignment, and finish during production

- Verify production output (in meters) as per the job card while ensuring quality compliance

- Record inspection data, including meter readings, reel weight, and quality reports, accurately.

- Identify defects, deviations, or abnormalities during the process and take immediate corrective action

- Coordinate with machine operators to maintain consistent quality output

- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or contamination

- Check the MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF THE FINISH PRODUCT.





- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area before and during shifts

- Report, tag, and document any quality issues or machine-related problems promptly

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of in-process quality inspection and machine operations

- Basic Knowledge of a MICROMETER

- Knowledge of measurement tools and production reporting

- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects

- Basic knowledge of sensors and machine functioning

- Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused approach

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
