Job Summary

Responsible for final quality inspection and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of composite products, ensuring compliance with drawings, customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct final inspection and PDI of composite products before dispatch.
- Inspect dimensions, surface finish, fitment, assembly and workmanship.
- Verify products against drawings, specifications and inspection standards.
- Identify and document defects/non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, check sheets and quality records.




- Ensure customer-specific quality requirements are fulfilled before dispatch.
- Support customer inspection and final product clearance.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of FRP/GRP composite products and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and measuring instruments.
- Experience in final inspection/PDI in manufacturing.
- Good documentation, analytical and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
