Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to maintain high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in food processing operations.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation related to quality systems, including records management.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Robust understanding of food technology, food safety, and quality control principles (HACCP).
- Familiarity with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations would be an added advantage.
