We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection and quality analysis. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, identifying defects, analysing root causes, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Analyse quality issues and identify root causes.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of components and assemblies.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Assembly, and Purchase teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and track corrective actions.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Monitor rejection, rework, and defect rates.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection checklists.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper calibration and usage of measuring instruments.




- Identify recurring quality problems and coordinate corrective actions.

Required Skills

- Quality inspection and quality analysis
- Good understanding of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of dimensions and tolerances
- Basic GD&T; knowledge
- Root Cause Analysis
- NCR / CAPA
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and documentation skills

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Automobile, or related engineering field.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Quality Inspection / Manufacturing Quality.

Experience in SPM, Industrial Automation, Machine Manufacturing, Fabrication, Precision Components, or Assembly will be preferred.
