HIRING – QC HEAD

Industry: Polythene Cover Manufacturing & Packing

Position: QC Head / Quality Control Head

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 5–8 Years in Plastic / Polythene / Adaptable Packaging Manufacturing

Location: As per Company Requirement

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Quality Control department
- Inspect raw materials such as PE/HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE and additives
- Monitor quality during extrusion, film production, printing and bag/cover manufacturing
- Check film thickness, width, weight, strength and appearance
- Conduct regular quality inspections and testing
- Identify production defects and take corrective actions
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/wastage
- Coordinate with Production,



Maintenance and Packing teams
- Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis
- Maintain QC reports, inspection records and test reports
- Establish and maintain SOPs, quality procedures and inspection standards
- Train QC staff and monitor their performance
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of plastic film / polythene manufacturing

Good knowledge of QC tools and testing methods

Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills

Team handling experience

Good documentation and reporting skills
