Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position is responsible for inspecting precision components, sub-assemblies, and finished machines to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include performing dimensional and visual inspections, using measurement tools and gauges, documenting inspection results, and identifying nonconformities.





The role involves collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to address issues, support root cause analysis, and help implement corrective actions.

The Quality Control

Inspector also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports audits, and ensures that quality procedures are consistently followed on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection, including dimensional checks, visual inspections, and use of measuring instruments.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices, such as documenting nonconformities, supporting corrective and preventive actions, and following standardized procedures.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams, and for preparing clear inspection reports.
- Familiarity with CNC machining, fabrication processes, and industrial manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related field; prior experience as a quality inspector or technician in manufacturing is preferred.
