Quality Engineer – Commercial

Role: Quality Engineer – Commercial

Experience: 2–5 years in Quality / Commercial / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure quality standards for commercial and manufacturing processes.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Commercial teams.
- Check product specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor rejection, rework, and quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Support internal and customer audits.




- Maintain quality records and prepare regular reports for management.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
- Knowledge of QC tools, RCA, CAPA, and 7 QC tools.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- MS Excel and basic ERP knowledge.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
