Hiring: Quality Checker – Plastic Moulding Manufacturing

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Checker / QC Executive with hands-on experience in Plastic Moulding / Injection Moulding Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.

- Inspect plastic moulded products for visual and dimensional defects.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective action.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
- Handle NCR, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and Go/No-Go Gauges.
- Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Support continuous quality improvement, 5S and Kaizen activities.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in Plastic Moulding / Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturing.

- Experience as Quality Checker, QC Executive, Quality Inspector or similar role.
- Knowledge of Incoming,



In-Process and Final Inspection.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, NCR, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of quality measuring instruments.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Good observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer or related field preferred.
