Inspect Products: Check incoming raw materials, items on the production line, and final goods for visual or physical defects.Measure and Test: Use precision tools (like micrometers, calipers, and gauges) to verify dimensions against blueprints and technical drawings.Document Results: Record inspection outcomes, log defect rates, and maintain compliance reports.Report Issues: Escalate non-conformances to senior management or production supervisors and reject faulty items.Support Improvement: Help identify the root cause of defects and suggest ways to improve assembly or manufacturing methods.
