Role Description The Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and implementing QA/QC processes, developing and maintaining quality standards, and performing regular inspections on systems, workflows, or platform features to ensure they meet defined requirements.

The engineer will conduct quality audits, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key quality metrics, creating and updating test plans or checklists,



reviewing compliance with internal policies, and preparing clear reports for stakeholders. The role also includes participating in process reviews, contributing to risk assessments, and recommending enhancements that improve reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to design, execute, and monitor effective quality frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing and Quality Management skills to evaluate processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to perform systematic checks, identify defects, and verify adherence to standards and specifications.
- Relevant experience in QA/QC within technology, product, or platform-based environments is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and clear documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings effectively, and influence process changes.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, standard operating procedures, and applicable industry standards or regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
