Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to monitor academic and operational activities, address student concerns, and support continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the quality of academic and student-related activities.
- Identify and address student issues and concerns.
- Coordinate with faculty and branch teams to resolve student problems.
- Collect and review student feedback regularly.
- Follow up with students to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
- Maintain records of student complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
- Conduct quality checks on classes and academic processes.




- Identify areas for improvement and report them to management.
- Prepare basic quality and feedback reports.
- Ensure organizational standards and procedures are followed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with students and staff.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
