Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar, responsible for overseeing all quality control and assurance activities across manufacturing operations. The person in this role will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production processes, leading inspections and audits, managing non-conformities and corrective actions, and analyzing quality data to prevent recurring issues.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to improve product reliability,



enhance process capability, and support customer-specific quality expectations. The role also involves training team members on quality practices, preparing documentation and reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

Qualifications

- Solid grounding in quality management, including quality planning, quality control, and quality assurance methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, QMS implementation).
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as root cause analysis, CAPA, statistical process control (SPC), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Experience with inspection and testing of metal components, including use of gauges, measurement instruments, and interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
- Skills in process improvement and operational excellence, including familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Ability to lead audits and compliance activities, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with experience coaching and guiding cross-functional teams on quality practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to resolving quality issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, and for preparing clear reports and presentations.
