Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, documenting issues, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to create test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.

- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.

- Maintain test documentation, test data, and testing reports.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.





- Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

- Assist in improving QA processes and testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 0-2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
