- Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & ISO 22000

- Oversee RM, in-process & finished product quality

- Monitor frying, oil quality, seasoning, taste, texture & shelf life

- Handle quality standards for chips, kurkure/extruded snacks, bhujia, frymes & namkeen

- Lead quality audits, laboratory testing & documentation

- Drive root cause analysis and CAPA

- Coordinate with Production, R&D; and Procurement teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
