Job Title: Production QMS Officer

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and maintain BMR/BPR and production-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and QMS requirements in manufacturing activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, formats, logbooks, and controlled documents.
- Handle documentation related to Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Incident, and Investigation.
- Review batch manufacturing and packing documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and other departments for QMS activities.
- Ensure proper documentation practices and data integrity as per GMP requirements.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Follow up on audit observations, CAPA, and documentation-related corrective actions.




- Maintain training records and support GMP training activities for production personnel.
- Ensure timely completion and closure of QMS-related documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Production department.

Qualification

Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Production QMS, Documentation, QA Documentation, or BMR/BPR.
- Experience in Tablet & Capsule Manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of GMP and Pharmaceutical QMS
- Knowledge of BMR/BPR and production documentation
- Understanding of Deviation, CAPA and Change Control
- Good documentation and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office/Excel
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing company preferred

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
