QS Contracts / Quantity Surveyor - Contracts

Job Summary

Responsible for managing contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, vendor management, valuation, and claim management to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, and administer construction contracts.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Manage tendering processes and evaluate contractor/vendor bids.
- Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify contractor bills, payment certifications, and variation orders.
- Handle contractual correspondence, claims, and disputes.
- Track project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with project managers,



consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare commercial reports, cash flow forecasts, and project cost analyses.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 6 + years of experience in quantity surveying and contract management.
- Experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and quantity surveying software.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and commercial practices.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
