Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QC Engineer role based in Vadodara. The QC Engineer will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished composite products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and customer specifications. Typical tasks include implementing and monitoring quality control plans, conducting tests and measurements, analyzing data to identify trends or deviations, and coordinating with production teams to address non-conformities.

The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting internal quality audits,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality management systems. The QC Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including experience with inspection methods and testing procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Management principles and hands-on experience with relevant standards or systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, Materials, or related engineering field is preferred.
- Experience in composites, manufacturing, or industrial quality environments is an advantage.
- Ability to use basic measurement tools and QC documentation software, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
