Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify project bills, BOQs, and measurement sheets.

- Record and certify site measurements for executed work.

- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and client/contractor billing.

- Monitor project costs and track variations, extras, and deviations.

- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for accurate billing data.

- Prepare cost reports and assist in budget control.

- Maintain billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents.

- Assist in contract administration and billing-related documentation.

- Ensure timely submission and approval of bills as per project schedules.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 0.5 to 4 years of experience in QS / Billing roles (real estate or construction preferred).

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurements, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of billing/QS software is an added advantage.

- Attention to Detail: Robust analytical and documentation skills.

- Communication: Good coordination skills (Tamil preferred; English is an added advantage).
